Upphandlingen avser hyra alt. köp av personlarm inklusive support och utbildning, till Laholms kommun som ska ha möjlighet att larma i hotfulla situationer. Larm ska kunna hyras/köpas komplett och driftsatt i full funktionalitet. Service och reparationer ska bl.a. ingå i hyreskostnaden. Kommunen avser att teckna ramavtal med en (1) leverantör.
