Behov att anskaffa personburna ballistiska skydd till besättningar i TP och HKP som kan bäras i bärsystem, Personburet Flygstridsbesättningssystem (PBFBS) Hölje Stridsväst samt PBFBS Hölje Skyddspaneler. FMV och Försvarsmakten TVA och LSS samverkar utifrån behov bla. beskrivna i SMS Flygstridsutrustning (FSU) (FM2022-4746:6). Ramavtal upp till 4 år med förlängning upp till 3 år med prognosticerad volym för 2024-2031.
