Für die folgenden Leistungen beauftragt die Investitionsbank Berlin (IBB) einen Dienstleister, der die Software zur Verfügung stellt: Zeitwirtschaft, Stellen-/Kostenplanung, Payroll, Reisekostenabrechnung, Weiterbildungsmanagement, ESS/MSS, Digitale Personalakte, Personaladministration, Bewerbermanagement Die Bereitstellung der Funktionalitäten, die Softwarepflege und die technische Wartung für die Dauer der Vertragslaufzeit sowie begleitende Schulungen sind ebenfalls Teil dieser Ausschreibung und sind vom Dienstleister zu erbringen.
