Description
Skellefteå Kraft avser upphandla s.k personalbil via operationell leasing till sina tillsvidareanställda inom Skellefteå Kraft koncernen. Leverantören ska kunna leverera Personalbilar för operationell leasing till anställda inom koncernen som en förmån. Beställaren har i dagsläget cirka 900 anställda varav två (2) till tio (10) procent beräknas beställa en Personalbil. Fordonen ska beställas genom Beställarens befintliga förmånsportal, som för närvarande tillhandahålls av Söderberg & Partner. Fordonen ska vara rena elbilar (ej hybrider/ladd hybrider) och principen för detta upplägg är att Leverantören skall vara märkesoberoende. Förutsättning för denna upphandling bygger på kostnadsneutralitet avseende Beställarens åtagande under hela avtalsperioden. Den faktiska kostnaden kommer att bäras av den anställde i form av ett netto- och bruttolöneavdrag löpande varje månad (s.k. Brunetto).
