Description
Hankinnan kohteena on elintarvikkeiden, alkoholittomien ja alkoholijuomien ja non-food -tuotteiden hankinta ja niiden toimitukset Perho Liiketalousopisto Oy:n ravintoloihin ja opetuskeittiöihin Helsingissä (Ravintola Perho ja ravintola Herkku Töölössä ja ravintola Perhon Helmi Malmilla). Hankinnan tavoitteena on löytää yksi (1) päätukkutoimittaja, jonka toimitus- ja tilausajat vastaavat Perho Liiketalousopisto Oy:n ravintoloiden tarpeita. Tavaratoimitusten tulee tapahtua vastuullisesti, tehokkaasti, toimitusvarmasti ja edullisesti. Perho voi tehdä muita hankintoja erillisiltä toimittajilta hankintalainsäädännön ja sopimusten mukaisesti. Hankinta ei anna yksinoikeutta kaikkiin Perhon ostoihin. Ravintoloissa on pienet varastointimahdollisuudet, joten niistä tehdään tilauksia päivittäin. Vähäisestä varastotilasta johtuen tukusta täytyy pystyä tilaamaan myös purettuja myyntieriä.
