Almis behov av pensionsförsäkring som gäller för denna upphandling omfattar pensionslösningar för koncernledningen, VD:ar, Fund Managers, övriga tiotaggare samt för anställda som vill löneväxla. Syftet med upphandlingen är att skapa ett mer sammanhållet, transparent och kvalitetssäkrat upplägg för pensionsförsäkring och pensionsrådgivning. Få till en smidigare hantering utan mellanhänder samt bättre möjligheter till uppföljning på koncernnivå. Målet är ett koncerngemensamt avtal som tillgodoser medarbetarnas behov på bästa sätt och som erbjuder de bästa affärsmässiga villkoren. Minska avgifterna för individen så att mer går till medarbetarens pension.
