Description
Ramavtal med en leverantör för tillhandahållande av licenser samt tillhörande licenstjänster. Licenser kan omfatta både programvara och programvara som tjänst. Almi’s behov av licenser består till större del av standardiserade Microsoft- och Adobelicenser och tillhörande standardiserade underhåll, men även ett brett utbud av andra licenser. Licenstjänster består av tjänster med anknytning till licenserna, tex inköp och hantering av licenser, rapportering och analys samt support och ärendehantering. Även rådgivning, revisionsstöd, licensoptimering, avtals- och livscykelhantering, utbildning och informationsspridning, miljö och hållbarhetsrapportering samt separat definierade konsultuppdrag kan bli aktuella.

- Price — Totalpris för införande, påslag på inköpspris multiplicerat med utvärderingsvolym 15 mkr och konsulttimarvode multiplicerat med utvärderingsvolym 100 timmar.
