1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa pełnienia funkcji Inwestora Zastępczego podczas realizacji zadania inwestycyjnego pn.: „Poprawa jakości i dostępności usług pediatrycznych w ramach tworzonego Centrum Leczenia Dzieci Szpitala Uniwersyteckiego nr 1 im. dr. A. Jurasza w Bydgoszczy”, szczegółowo określona w Załączniku nr 9 - Opisu Przedmiotu Zamówienia (zakresu rzeczowego) oraz w Załączniku nr 7 – Projekcie umowy, do niniejszej specyfikacji warunków zamówienia, zwanej dalej SWZ.
