Description
Leverantören åtar sig att till VGR leverera ett PDMS system (Patient Data Management System) samt tillhörande hårdvara och kablage i enlighet med detta avtal och dess bilagor samt med kommersiella villkor och föreskrifter i det upphandlingsunderlag som legat till grund för upphandlingen. Med Lösningen avses både hårdvara och mjukvara. Upphandlingen genomförs enligt LOU och Västra Götalandsregionen (VGR) har, i enlighet med den ordning som angivits i upphandlingen, beslutat att utse Leverantören som vinnande anbudsgivare. Leveransen ska ske till Västra Götalandsregionen (VGR) Leverantörens åtaganden under Avtalet ska följa följande grundläggande principer: Säkerställa att patientens integritet och säkerhet tillvaratas. Bidra till att de anställda kan genomföra sitt arbete så effektivt som möjligt. Vara modernt och framtidsorienterat och tillgodose befintligt behov av digitalt utbildningsstöd samt kan anpassa och stödja flexibilitet och ändrade arbetssätt och möta framtida behov. Innebära en öppen och standardiserad design som möjliggör en hög grad av integration och samverkan inom Sjukhusen, och arkitekturen ska designas på ett sådant sätt att den inte skapar en sluten miljö. …
