Le présent marché associe une exploitation / maintenance à la conception-réalisation de la réhabilitation de l'espace 3000 afin de remplir des objectifs chiffrés de performance, ces objectifs étant définis notamment en termes d'amélioration de l'efficacité énergétique du bâtiment et des installations. Ces travaux s'intègrent dans le décret tertiaire qui impose des objectifs forts de réduction des consommations énergétiques. Le présent marché comporte des engagements de performance mesurables.
