Description
Ziel des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit mehreren Rahmenvereinbarungspartner*innen zur Beschaffung von besonderen Dienstleistungen im Bereich der Pathologie. Die Vergabe erfolgt in sieben Losen. Die Vergabe der ausgeschriebenen Leistungen erfolgt nach den für die Vergabe von besonderen Dienstleistungen geltenden Bestimmungen des BVergG 2018 in einem einstufigen Verhandlungsverfahren mit vorheriger Bekanntmachung im Oberschwellenbereich (§§ 7, 151 iVm Anhang XVI BVergG 2018) zur Vergabe einer Rahmenvereinbarung (gemäß §§ 153 ff BVergG 2018).
