Denna upphandling omfattar Y-renhållares ramavtal gällande Påsar, säckar och påshållare för matavfall.   Detta är en gemensam länsupphandling för Y-renhållarna i Västernorrland, som inbegriper kommunerna; Örnsköldsvik, Härnösand, Sollefteå, Kramfors, Timrå, Sundsvall och Ånge. Y-renhållarna är en samverkan mellan kommunerna och de kommunala bolagen i Västernorrland, när det gäller avfallshantering.
