Description
Beställaren har upphandlat en totalentreprenad i samverkan för att anpassa Norsa avloppsreningsverk till nytt miljötillstånd. Avloppsreningsverket ska även förberedas inför kommande krav i avloppsdirektivet. Entreprenaden kommer ske parallellt med pågående avloppvattenrening. I nedan beskrivna projekt (Norsa3.0) behöver beställaren en partneringledare som stöd i entreprenaden.
