Description

Vaggeryds kommun står inför behovet av en omfattande renovering av kommunhuset Skillingehus. Utöver detta krävs åtgärder för att förbättra arbetsmiljön samt optimera lokalerna i skolbyggnaden Fenix 1. Den totala projektkostnaden för dessa insatser beräknas uppgå till cirka 250 miljoner kronor. För att skapa största möjliga effektivitet och synergieffekter planerar Vaggeryds kommun att upphandla båda entreprenaderna i ett gemensamt projekt. Arbetet kommer att genomföras inom ramen för strategisk partnering, där entreprenadformen totalentreprenad (ABT) utgör grunden.
