Description

This project consists of the part demolition and re construction, to a mixed living unit (note impacts on electrical and mechanical design) of 1 number residential housing unit at Corgrigg, Foynes, County Limerick. This 1 Nr. unit development is, demolition of existing sub standard side extension as per plans, re construction of side extension as per plans, demolition of existing roof, chimney and floor slab. The construction of side extension and completion of the existing envelope to current regulations, including the achievement of the Building to a BER of A2 or greater. In addition to this, ancillary site works comprising of connection of electrical services, footpaths, parking, boundary treatment and landscape works are proposed
