Το Αντικείμενο της Σύμβασης αφορά στην υποβοήθηση της Γενικής Διεύθυνσης Ύδρευσης της ΕΥΔΑΠ Α.Ε. και των Διευθύνσεών της, στο έργο της επίβλεψης και του ελέγχου των κατασκευών συγκεκριμένων έργων, είτε τμήματος αυτών (αναλυόμενων σε επιμέρους εντολές εργασίας), τα οποία θα καθορισθούν από τη Γενική Διεύθυνση Ύδρευσης ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες που θα προκύπτουν στην πορεία υλοποίησης του επενδυτικού της προγράμματος. Κριτήριο ανάθεσης της σύμβασης είναι η «πλέον συμφέρουσα από οικονομική άποψη προσφορά» βάσει βέλτιστης σχέσης ποιότητας τιμής.
