Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών συντήρησης και επισκευής των εγκαταστάσεων ψύξης -θέρμανσης- αερισμού στα κτίρια (ιδιόκτητα και μισθωμένα) που στεγάζουν Υπηρεσίες του e-ΕΦΚΑ, αρμοδιότητας της ΠΥΣΥ Αττικής, όπου την ευθύνη των εγκαταστάσεων αυτών έχει ο e-ΕΦΚΑ, με την αναλογική συμμετοχή στο κόστος των άλλων φορέων που συστεγάζονται, χρονικής διάρκειας δύο ετών με μονομερές δικαίωμα του eΕΦΚΑ παράτασης των υπηρεσιών για ένα επιπλέον έτος, με τους ίδιους όρους.
