Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι: Η παροχή υπηρεσιών στέγασης 100 φοιτητών/τριων στην πόλη των Αθηνών, σε ένα κτίριο σε διαμερίσματα ενός ή δύο ατόμων, για την κάλυψη της μεταστέγασης συνολικά 100 φοιτητών/τριών της φοιτητικής εστίας Αθηνών λόγω της επικείμενης ανακαίνισης της για το χρονικό διάστημα από 01-09-2026 έως 31-08-2027 με δικαίωμα προαίρεσης 50%. Σε κάθε περίπτωση η υποχρέωση ξεκινάει από την επομένη της ημερομηνίας υπογραφής της σύμβασης. Οι παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες κατατάσσονται στους ακόλουθους κωδικούς του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου: • 70333000 - 4 Υπηρεσίες σχετιζόμενες με τις κατοικίες • 70311000-4 Υπηρεσίες ενοικίασης ή πώλησης κτιρίων κατοικιών. • 79993100 – 2 Υπηρεσίες διαχείρισης εγκαταστάσεων. • 33180000-5-Λειτουργική υποστήριξη Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της αρχικής σύμβασης, άνευ Φ.Π.Α., ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 730.000,00 €, ο Φ.Π.Α. 24% ανέρχεται σε 175.200,00 €. Ο συνολικός προϋπολογισμός, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του Φ.Π.Α. ανέρχεται σε 905.200,00 €. Η Αναθέτουσα Αρχή διατηρεί το δικαίωμα μονομερούς παράτασης της διάρκειας της σύμβασης, με τους ίδιους όρους και χωρίς μεταβολή της προσφερόμενης τιμής ανά κλίνη και ανά ημέρα, για επιπλέον χρονικό διάστημα έξι (6) μηνών, ήτοι από 0…
