Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης αποτελεί η παροχή υπηρεσιών μετακίνησης και διαμονής του προσωπικού της Ε.Λ.Σ., των καλλιτεχνών, των καλλιτεχνικών συντελεστών, των στελεχών, των συνεργατών της Ε.Λ.Σ. καθώς επίσης και ατόμων που θα τύχει να προσκληθούν για να παρακολουθήσουν παραστάσεις της ΕΛΣ (π.χ. δημοσιογράφοι), στο πλαίσιο υλοποίησης των καλλιτεχνικών παραγωγών, των προγραμμάτων και των δράσεων της Ε.Λ.Σ. σύμφωνα με τα όσα ορίζονται στο Παράρτημα Ι της παρούσας διακήρυξης.
