Η παροχή υπηρεσιών καθαριότητας για όλες τις κτιριακές εγκαταστάσεις του Ινστιτούτου Κύπρου όπως περιγράφεται αναλυτικά στα έγγραφα του Διαγωνισμού και λαμβάνοντας υπόψη την εφαρμογή περιβαλλοντικών και κοινωνικών κριτηρίων. Παροχή υπηρεσιών καθαριότητας για 12 μήνες (1 χρόνο) με Δικαίωμα προαίρεσης/Ανανέωσης, σε ετήσια βάση, της σύμβασης, με τους ίδιους όρους για επιπρόσθετη περίοδο που να μην υπερβαίνει σε σύνολο τους 24 μήνες.
