Description
Παροχή υπηρεσιών καθαρισμού για το κτίριο του Κυπριακού Οργανισμού Αναπτύξεως Γης για 24 μήνες (2 χρόνια) με δικαίωμα ανανέωσης της σύμβασης σε ετήσια βάση με τους ίδιους όρους, για επιπρόσθετη περίοδο που να μην υπερβαίνει σε σύνολο τους 24 μήνες. Το αντικείμενο της Σύμβασης αφορά τον καθαρισμό όλων των γραφειακών χώρων συμπεριλαμβανομένων και όλων των βοηθητικών (κουζίνα, τουαλέτες, αίθουσα συνεδριάσεων, κλπ.). Επιπλέον, αφορά την καθαριότητα των εξωτερικών χώρων (προαύλια), των χώρων στάθμευσης και της κεντρικής εισόδου του κτιρίου.
