Description
Η σύμβαση αφορά τη μεταφορά της υποδομής (σε περίπτωση νέου αναδόχου) και την προμήθεια υπηρεσιών IaaS που περιλαμβάνει: • Παροχή εικονικών διακομιστών (servers) για όλες τις κρίσιμες λειτουργίες του ΕΟΑΛ. • Παροχή αποθηκευτικού χώρου υψηλής διαθεσιμότητας. • Υπηρεσίες αντιγράφων ασφαλείας και disaster recovery. • Δυνατότητα επαναφοράς σε περίπτωση απώλειας δεδομένων ή βλάβης. • Παροχή εκπαιδευτικών υπηρεσιών για τη διαχείριση του νέου περιβάλλοντος. Οι παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες θα τιμολογούνται μηνιαία με βάση τη χρήση, ενώ ο Ανάδοχος θα πρέπει να προσφέρει και τις σχετικές άδειες χρήσης όπου απαιτείται. (π.χ. Windows Server OS, άδειες χρήσης λογισμικού αντιγράφων ασφαλείας, κ.λπ.).
