Αντικείμενο της διαγωνιστικής διαδικασίας είναι η ανάθεση σε ασφαλιστική εταιρεία της κάλυψης Ευθύνης Στελεχών Διοίκησης (Directors & Officers Liability) με ανώτατο όριο ευθύνης 50.000.000 ΕΥΡΩ για το σύνολο των Ζημιών για όλους τους Ασφαλισμένους για όλες τις ασφαλιστικές καλύψεις και επεκτάσεις κάλυψης, σωρευτικά για την περίοδο ασφάλισης, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των εξόδων υπεράσπισης, το οποίο επιμερίζεται σε 40.000.000 ΕΥΡΩ πλέον 10.000.000 (σε υπέρβαση – excess των 40.000.000 ΕΥΡΩ) για την Κάλυψη SIDEA EXCESSDIC/DIL. Ενώ το υπερβάλλον όριο ευθύνης για την Προστασία των Μη Εκτελεστικών μελών του Δ.Σ. θα είναι 3.000.000 ΕΥΡΩ για κάθε ένα Μη Εκτελεστικό μέλος του Δ.Σ. και 6.000.000 ΕΥΡΩ αθροιστικά για όλα τα Μη Εκτελεστικά μέλη του Δ.Σ. Επίσης, συμπεριλαμβάνονται οι επεκτάσεις κάλυψης που αναφέρονται στην Αναλυτική Περιγραφή Φυσικού και Οικονομικού Αντικειμένου της Σύμβασης (Παράρτημα Ι της Διακήρυξης Δ7996).
