Description
Αντικείμενο της παρούσας διακήρυξης είναι η παροχή ολοκληρωμένων ταχυδρομικών υπηρεσιών έγκαιρης, ασφαλούς και ποιοτικής περισυλλογής, μεταφοράς, διαλογής και διανομής ταχυδρομικών αποστολών για λογαριασμό της Ε.ΥΔ.Α.Π. Α.Ε. προς πελάτες της Ε.ΥΔ.Α.Π. Α.Ε. στην Αττική και σε λοιπές γεωγραφικές περιοχές της Ελληνικής Επικράτειας καθώς και ενημέρωση της Ε.ΥΔ.Α.Π. Α.Ε. σχετικά με τη διανομή τους. Τα προς διανομή ταχυδρομικά αντικείμενα περιλαμβάνουν είτε ταχυδρομικά αντικείμενα, η παράδοση των οποίων λαμβάνει χώρα με απλή εναπόθεση στη διεύθυνση του παραλήπτη, είτε συστημένα ταχυδρομικά αντικείμενα, δηλαδή ταχυδρομικά αντικείμενα, με κατ’ αποκοπήν εγγύηση έναντι των κινδύνων απώλειας, κλοπής ή καταστροφής, για τα οποία η Ε.ΥΔ.Α.Π. Α.Ε. θα λαμβάνει ειδική απόδειξη κατάθεσης και παράδοσης, ενώ η επίδοση θα γίνεται με υπογραφή του παραλήπτη (ή εξουσιοδοτημένου προσώπου).
