Riigihanke eesmärgiks on hankelepingu sõlmimine hankija Mustamäe ja Kesklinna polikliinikute kinnistutel parkimise ja parklate hoolduse korraldamiseks vastavalt RHAD-is nimetatud tingimustele. Täpsem info on toodud tehnilises kirjelduses ja hankelepingu projektis. Pakkumuse saab esitada üksnes pärast hankelepingu täitmise kohaga tutvumist (vt dokument "Juhend pakkujale", p 4.1).
