Description
Parkeringsövervakning inom Helsingborgs stad. Stadsbyggnadsförvaltningen ansvarar för allt från långsiktig strategisk planering för staden till operativ drift av gator, parker, stränder samt teknisk infrastruktur. Entreprenörens åtagande i denna entreprenad omfattar: • Parkeringsövervakning • Fordonsflyttning • Kundtjänst • Service, tömning och underhåll av parkeringsautomater • Kalibrering av parkeringsledningssystem Parkeringsövervakning i Helsingborgs stad ska bedrivas i syfte att främja trafiksäkerhet, framkomlighet och tillgänglighet. I arbetet med att främja trafiksäkerheten ska de oskyddade trafikanternas (t.ex. gående och cyklister) behov särskilt beaktas. Parkeringsövervakningen ska verka för en god framkomlighet för alla trafikanter, men i första hand ska distributions- och kollektivtrafiken prioriteras. Genom övervakning ska angörings- och parkeringsplatserna göras tillgängliga för så många trafikanter som möjligt, inklusive rörelsehindrade.
