Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η εγκατάσταση, διαχείριση, λειτουργία και συντήρηση δημοσίως προσβάσιμων Σταθμών φόρτισης Ηλεκτροκίνητων επιβατικών Οχημάτων (Η/Ο) εντός των γεωγραφικών και διοικητικών ορίων του Δήμου και σε σημεία και χώρους που ανήκουν αποκλειστικά στην κυριότητα και κατά τόπον αρμοδιότητα του Δήμου σύμφωνα με το εγκεκριμένο Σχέδιο Φόρτισης Ηλεκτρικών Οχημάτων (Σ.Φ.Η.Ο.) του Δήμου. Διευκρινίζεται ότι δεν αποτελεί αντικείμενο της Παραχώρησης το σύνολο του ΣΦΗΟ κάθε Δήμου αλλά μόνο το μέρος αυτού που αφορά σε ηλεκτροκίνητα επιβατικά αυτοκίνητα, ταξί, λεωφορεία και φορτηγά. Δεν αποτελεί, επομένως, αντικείμενο της Παραχώρησης η εγκατάσταση, συντήρηση και λειτουργία Σταθμών φόρτισης για την εξυπηρέτηση της μικροκινητικότητας, ήτοι ηλεκτρικών ποδηλάτων και ηλεκτρικών πατινιών. Η διακήρυξη δεν υποδιαιρείται σε τμήματα, λόγω του γεγονότος ότι η παραχώρηση αφορά λιγότερους από 60 Σταθμούς φόρτισης Η/Ο. Αντικείμενο της παρούσας σύμβασης αποτελεί η υλοποίηση μέρους του συνόλου του Σ.Φ.Η.Ο. με την οποία θα εγκατασταθούν 50 Σταθμοί Φόρτισης Η/Ο .
