Description
Dublin City Council is establishing a Panel for the provision of Architectural Services for projects of less than €1 million (ex. VAT) in value. Panel members will be required to provide architectural design and associated services for stages (i)-(v) of the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF) or a subset thereof. As part of the service delivery, panel members will be required to provide the following minimum specialist services: • Design Team Lead, • Architect, • Employer’s Representative for works contracts, • Design Certifier (under the Building Control Amendment Regulations 2014) • Assigned Certifier (under the Building Control Amendment Regulations 2014) • PSDP Additional optional specialist services that may be required include Measured Surveys; Condition Surveys; Architectural Conservation Consultancy Services; Accessibility Audits; Design Services for Disability Access Certificates and Fire Safety Consultancy Services.
