Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset söker en teknisk lösning för en riktad multibiomarköranalys för genetisk tumörprofilering som inkluderar detektion av hotspots, SNV, indels, CNV och genfusioner från DNA och RNA inom fältet för next-generation-sekvensering (NGS). Den tekniska lösningen ska möjliggöra korta svarstider och ge mycket information.
