Les CFF doivent équiper leurs principales flottes de véhicules de Production P avec des paliers de guide d’essieu hydrauliques (HALL) pour réduire l’usure de la roue et du rail. Le présent appel d’offres vise à couvrir les besoins en palier du guide d’essieu mentionnés. Les CFF peuvent attribuer tout ou partie de la quantité totale à un fournisseur ou sous forme de lots à différents fournisseurs.
