Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zajištění rekvalifikací dle zákona č. 435/2004 Sb., o zaměstnanosti, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, pro uchazeče a zájemce o zaměstnání. Veřejná zakázka je v souladu s § 35 ZZVZ vnitřně členěna do 16 částí. Účelem zadávacího řízení je uzavření rámcové dohody dle § 131 a násl. ZZVZ na provedení rekvalifikačních kurzů s jedním vítězným dodavatelem pro každou jednotlivou část veřejné zakázky. Dodavatelé mohou ve smyslu § 101 odst. 2 ZZVZ podávat nabídky na jednu, několik nebo na všechny části veřejné zakázky. Detailní popis předmětu veřejné zakázky je podrobně popsán v zadávací dokumentaci k veřejné zakázce “ Rekvalifikační kurzy pro ÚP ČR – Pardubický kraj XI“, která bude uveřejněna na profilu zadavatele: https://nen.nipez.cz .
