Description
Ludvika kommun inbjuder entreprenörer att lämna anbud på utförande av mark- och ledningsarbeten inom detaljplaneområdet Övre Knutsbo i Ludvika. Entreprenaden syftar till att möjliggöra framtida bostadsbyggnation genom utbyggnad av den infrastruktur som krävs för området. Projektet omfattar anläggning av gator och vägar, utbyggnad av vatten-, spill- och dagvattenledningar samt förberedelse för el- och fiberanslutningar. Exploateringen av området innebär att cirka 37 småhustomter samt tre fastigheter avsedda för flerbostadshus kan frigöras och göras tillgängliga för försäljning efter avslutad entreprenad. Genomförandet av entreprenaden är en viktig del i Ludvika kommuns mål att skapa fler bostäder och bidra till en långsiktigt hållbar utveckling i kommunen. Entreprenaden ska resultera i en komplett och hållbar infrastruktur som möjliggör byggstart för både småhus och flerbostadshus. Genom utbyggnaden ska området utvecklas till en attraktiv del av Ludvika. Välkommen att lämna anbud!
