Upphandlingen avser huvudsakligen system för övervakning av ledningsnät inom vatten och avlopp samt hårdvara för insamling av mätvärden. Kategori 1 – System/mjukvara för övervakning Kategori 2 – Hårdvara för insamling av mätvärden Kategori 3 – Övriga tjänster (installation, service, rapportsammanställningar, dataanalyser). Anbudsgivare ska minst lämna anbud på kategori 1 och 3, men får även lämna anbud på kategori 2.
