Description

I arbetet med att nå en mer hållbar, energieffektiv och datadriven fastighetsförvaltning behöver Botkyrka kommun införa ett övergripande styrsystem som SaaS - exempelvis SCADA, BMS eller motsvarande som möjliggör central övervakning, styrning och uppföljning av tekniska system i kommunens fastighetsbestånd. Detta är en viktig del i att säkerställa god inomhusmiljö, minska energianvändningen och underlätta drift, underhåll och framtida investeringar. Ett samlat systemstöd kommer att effektivisera såväl operativ drift som strategisk analys och skapa förutsättningar för ökad automatisering, felavhjälpning och uppföljning i realtid.
