Genom denna upphandling avser Regionen att under en övergångsperiod upphandla en leverantör som inom ramen för ett helhetsåtagande åtar sig att garantera den fortsatta funktionen för analyser inom allmän- och immunkemi vid laboratorierna i Umeå, Skellefteå och Lycksele samt garantera den fortsatta funktionen för automatiserad pre- och postanalys i Umeå och Skellefteå. All Ingående/befintlig utrustning för detta finns upptagen i bilaga Utrustningslista. Det genom denna upphandling upphandlade helhetsåtagandet att garantera den fortsatta funktionen för allmän-/immunkemi samt den fortsatta funktionen för automatiserad pre- och postanalys benämns härefter som ”Helhetsåtagandet”. Upphandlingen är en övergångsupphandling i väntan på att nya laboratorielokaler färdigställs i Umeå och i Skellefteå. Enligt nuvarande tidplan förväntas de nya lokalerna stå färdiga år 2029/2030. Den lösning som omfattas av denna upphandling kommer inte att flyttas över till de nya laboratorierna, utan utgör en tillfällig lösning fram till dess att de nya laboratorierna tas i drift. I god tid inför att de nya lokalerna tas i drift kommer Regionen att gå ut i en ny upphandling i syfte att nyanskaffa utrustning…
