Ziel des gegenständlichen Vergabeverfahrens war der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit den drei nach dem Zuschlagsschema bestgereihten Unternehmen zur Beschaffung von Generalplanerleistungen für die Generalsanierung von voraussichtlich neun Objekten für die Schaffung eines Wissenschafts-, Kultur- und Bildungsstandortes in der Kernzone des Otto Wagner Areals in 1140 Wien.
