Predmet ovog postupka je nabava otopine meteorološkog reagensa, na bazi srebro-jodida, u acetonu za prizemne generatore sustava obrane od tuče Republike Hrvatske, sukladno traženim uvjetima i zahtjevima naznačenim u Dokumentaciji o nabavi. Ponuditelji su dužni ponuditi predmet nabave sukladno Troškovniku predmeta nabave kao i svim ostalim uvjetima navedenima u Dokumentaciji o nabavi. Ponuditelj podnosi svoju ponudu o vlastitom trošku bez prava potraživanja nadoknade od Naručitelja po bilo kojoj osnovi.
