Entrprenaden utgör om-, till- och nybyggnation av Ridanläggning fastigheterna Oskarshamn 3:6 & 3:7. Entreprenaden avser ombyggnad av befintligt ridhus 001 inrymmandes en ny foderförvaring samt tillbyggnader av två stalldelar med invändiga teknik-och förvaringsutrymmen, en administrationsdel, en läktargång. En ny yttre spolplatta och en ny yttre gödselplatta. Befintlig byggnad har ett fotavtryck på ca 3 000 kvm. Tillbyggnad är ca 1 000 kvm.
