Description

Hankinnan kohteena on rakennuksiin kiinteästi asennettavat jäähdytyslaitteistot (PCA, Aircraft Pre-Conditioned Air Unit) F-35 hävittäjälle. Jäähdytyslaitteistoa käytetään lentokoneen jäähdyttämiseen huoltojen ja tarkastuksien aikana. Jäähdytyslaitteistot asennetaan kiinteästi lentokonesuojiin, missä lentokoneita säilytetään ja huolletaan. Hankinta sisältää laitteiden suunnittelun, toimituksen sekä asennuksen määriteltyihin tukikohtiin. Laitteiden ylläpidosta solmitaan erillinen sopimus laitteen toimittajan kanssa. Jäähdytinlaitteisto sisältää jäähdytinyksikön sekä puhallinyksikön. Jäähdytinyksikkö viilentää välittäjäaineen, joka johdetaan puhallinyksikölle. Puhallinyksikkö syöttää jäähdytysilmaa lentokoneeseen jäähdyttäen lentokoneen järjestelmiä. Hankinnan kohteena on järjestelmä, joka tuottaa tarvittavan jäähdytystehon lentokoneen järjestelmille ja sisältää lisäksi ominaisuuden, missä jäähdytinyksikön tuottama lämpöteho voidaan ohjata rakennuksen lämmittämiseen lämmöntalteenoton avulla. Jäähdytinlaitteiston asennushenkilöstöllä on pääsy puolustusvoimien tiloihin, jonka vuoksi voittaneen tarjoajan hankinnan toteuttamiseen osallistuvasta henkilöstöstä teetätetään henkilöturvallisuu…
