Sansia Oy perustaa dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän, jonka kautta hankitaan tilaajakohtaisesti vammaisille henkilöille suunnattuja palveluita ostopalveluna. Tämä on hankintaa koskeva osallistumispyyntö.
