Description
Der ORF betreibt eine umfangreiche Broadcast-Infrastruktur auch auf Basis von Hardware unterschiedlicher Hersteller. Der ORF beabsichtigt, die mit März 2024 auslaufenden Rahmenvereinbarungen diverser Gerätehersteller nach Durchführung eines offenen Verfahrens neu zu vergeben, um eine regelmäßige Neu- und Ersatzbeschaffung sicherstellen zu können. Pro Hersteller soll ein Los mit maximal 1 Rahmenvereinbarungspartner vergeben werden; in Summe umfasste diese Ausschreibung 9 Lose wobei jedoch nur für 8 Lose Angebote gelegt wurden.
