Predmet ove javne nabave je isporuka toplinske energije za potrebe objekata Naručitelja na području grada Rijeke, i to na lokaciji Dvorana mladosti i na lokaciji Bazen Kantrida. S obzirom na tehničke specifikacije objekata i zakonsku regulativu, predmetna nabava obuhvaća isporuku energije na sljedećim lokacijama: -- Lokacija Dvorana mladosti: Isporuka toplinske energije iz centralnog toplinskog sustava (CTS) grada Rijeke, koja se proizvodi u proizvodnom pogonu (toplani) Gornja Vežica te se do objekta distribuira isključivo putem fiksne toplinske distributivne mreže. -- Lokacija Bazen Kantrida: Isporuka toplinske energije za grijanje bazena i pratećih prostorija, koja se proizvodi i predaje unutar pripadajuće kotlovnice objekta, upotrebom instalirane energetske opreme i sustava za proizvodnju toplinske energije.
