Predmet nabave je opskrba prirodnim plinom za poslovne prostore naručitelja te opskrba plinom za ZET-ov pogon vozila za punionicu plina (autobusa s prirodnim plinom kao pogonskim sredstvom). Gospodarski subjekti nude i isporučuju predmet nabave u skladu s Općim uvjetima opskrbe plinom, pridržavajući se u svemu Zakona o tržištu plina (NN 18/18, 23/20), Zakona o energiji (NN 120/12, 14/14, 95/15, 102/15, 68/18) i ostalih propisa koji reguliraju opskrbu i tržište plina.
