Predmet ovog postupka javne nabave je opskrba električnom energijom, te u svemu sukladno tehničkim karakteristikama i ostalim traženim uvjetima naznačenima u ovoj DoN. Naručitelj provodi ovaj postupak zelene javne nabave i traži da najmanje 50% ukupne električne energije koju će isporučiti odabrani ponuditelj, mora biti proizvedeno iz obnovljivih izvora energije (tzv."zelena energija").
