Predmet nabave uključuje građevinsko-obrtničke radove (rušenja i demontaže, betonske, hidroizolacija, bravarski, unutarnja stolarija, keramičarski, montažni i soboslikarski), radove na strojarskim i elektrotehničkim instalacijama te radove na instalacijama vodovoda i kanalizacije.
