Oprema i usluga za proširenje i revitalizaciju transmisijskog telekomunikacijskog sustava u skladu s DON. Predmet nabave je aktivna i pasivna telekomunikacijska oprema, sustav za nadzor optike, programska podrška, te pripadajuće usluge za proširenje, revitalizaciju i unapređenje postojećeg transmisijskog telekomunikacijskog sustava HEP-a. Postojeći transmisijski telekomunikacijski sustav izgrađen je upotrebom SDH, MPLS-TP i DWDM tehnologije i predstavlja jedinstveni sustav sa mogućnošću kreiranja veza i nadzora tih veza s kraja na kraj.
