Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej dla ww. Zadania (Etap I – zakres podstawowy), a także wsparcie Zamawiającego na etapie przetargu na roboty budowlane wraz z udzielaniem wyjaśnień i odpowiedzi oferentom (Etap II – zakres opcjonalny) oraz pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego w czasie realizacji robót wykonywanych w oparciu o sporządzoną dokumentację projektową w ilości do 128 pobytów (max. do dwóch pobytów w każdej z nw. lokalizacji – Etap III – zakres opcjonalny).
