Brodica mora biti nova, nekorištena te isporučena kao cjelovit i funkcionalan proizvod, spreman za sigurnu i namjensku uporabu u skladu sa zahtjevima Tehničkog opisa koji je prilog Dokumentaciji o nabavi.
