Description
The aim of the procurement is to have operator for the operation of the express boat routes between Bergen, Nordfjord, Sogn/Flåm, referred to as "Route package 1". See the contract document for requirements for operation in chapter 2, requirements for the vessels in chapter 3, route production requirements in chapter 4 and climate requirements in chapter 5. All routes shall be included in an operational contract. This means that the Contracting Authority will enter into a contract with an operator for the total contract. The contract will apply from the time of signing until 2 November 2042, cf. Point 1.1.5 of the contract. The operational start of the routes shall be from 01.11.2027. The contract will be a net contract, where the awarded operator is responsible for income, including, among other things, responsibility for route information, posting fields and customer information. See the Contract ́s point 1.2.2 for further information on distribution of responsibility. The contracting authority estimates annual contract costs for the Contracting Authority to approx.
