Description
Vestland County is the contracting authority for the procurement. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer who shall assist with renting houses and other properties acquired in connection with future development of roads and/or tracks in Vestland county. The agreement includes complete rental broker services, including all necessary activities connected to the establishment, management and termination of the lease. Duration: 3 years, with an option for an extension for 3+2 years. Upper frame: NOK 20 million.
Award criteria
- Price — The criteria will be evaluated based on the evaluation sum in Annex C -Price Form.
- Quality — An overall assessment will be made of how the tenderer will ensure good quality and effective execution of call-offs under the framework agreement in all of Vestland County.
